Tissue Culture Laboratory

Acclimatization is one of the most important phase in plant tissue culture. After all plants have grown complete organs in the incubation room, they must transferred into the real world condition. Because, living in laboratory or in vitro environment, their organs developing a little deficiency, like thin cuticle in leaf that promote higher evaporation. Acclimatization process helps the plant to adapt more and developed stronger organs for higher chance of survival. This process are conducted in the green house under the filtered sun rays. The temperature and humidity are set by watering the green house regularly.
